Booking Policy
Currently, we are accepting online bookings. Appointments can be scheduled Monday-Friday and are open from the hours of 8am-3pm. Weekends are walk-in only at the moment.

We stand under one policy, which is that we do NOT keep any personal or financial information. Nor, do we share it with any third party sites/businesses. By providing your personal information to Sonora Tires Inc., you agree to its storage and use exclusively for maintaining warranty coverage for parts and services, and for contacting you about related vehicle services. Your information will be kept secure, used responsibly, and not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Warranties & Disclaimers (Tires & Services)

​No Warranty on tires that have been ran flat. (Unless otherwise stated at time of purchase as some tire brands include road hazard warranties that differ between tires).
No warranty on pothole damaged tires. (Unless otherwise stated at time of purchase as some tire brands include road hazard warranties that differ between tires).
No Refunds or exchanges on all used tires.
No exchange or refund, all used tire sales are final.
Deposits are non-refundable, No exceptions
New tires are are covered under manufacturer defects but must read 3/32nds tread (No-exceptions)
No Road Hazard Included (Certain tire brands carry their own road hazard warranty Ex. Falken).
We are not responsible for lost hub caps, wheel locks.
No Warranty on Alignments for Vehicles doing rideshare (UBER/LYFT/ETC), vehicle that require new parts, or vehicles that have new parts instaled after the warranty period began.

Warranties & Disclaimers (Automotive Services & Parts)
Catalytic converters are not warranted against back fire. Regular tune-ups recommended every 20,000 miles.
No warranty on labor brakes when customer supplies brake pads.
Special ordered custom wheels are manufactured to meet your car owner specifications & applications. Once you accept your order, you become liable & accept ownership for the purchased product.
We are not responsible for lost hub caps, wheel locks. All auto parts are NEW unless otherwise specified on invoice.

Tire Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available to addresses within the listed cities. All orders must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date.
Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, based on the time your order is placed. A signature is required upon delivery unless you provide specific instructions to leave the tires at the address.
If you require delivery within a specific time window, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance of your desired delivery date. If your city is not listed please give us a call at (909) 877-6350
